I have been eating bread thins instead of standard bread for a couple of years, they used to be made only by Warburton but Kingsmill have started doing them.
The Kingsmill ones according to the package are about 2 grams of carbohydrate less so have been having these. Had to go back to Warburton temporary, as not available . I just happened to notice eating the same lunch eg filling and doing same activity , my BG were higher. I was surprised at the differnce.
