I bought some of those Skinny syrups and they taste naff. I would rather go without anything sweet as use them but your tastes may be different. They had them at B&M stores much cheaper than they normally are so I though I would try them but the polyols they use instead of sugar just don't do it for me.
I get packs of mixed seeds from Lidl. They are a mixture of pumpkin and sunflower and sesame and chia I think, but yes chopped nuts will work in Greek yoghurt or quark too. Personally, the quark doesn't do it for me either but creamy Greek natural yoghurt is lovely. I buy the 1kg pots from Lidl and it will last me about 10 days. Have it for breakfast as well as occasionally as a dessert.

Some people find lots of little snacks help and some find they can make things worse, so you’ll have to see what works for you. Personally I don’t like too long between meals so having a snack helps tide me over and stops me being hungry or getting to a meal and feeling starving. Having a schedule of meals, little snacks and hot drinks can help if you’re the kind of person who likes something coming up soon.

Babybels are good - prepackaged little snacks with no carbs. I also like Brazil nuts - quite satisfying - and my staple is peanut butter. Eat a teaspoon or so slowly and it will help fill you up when you feel peckish. I don’t like eating my evening meal then not having anything to look forward to so i have a hot drink at a certain time and a mini snack and then I feel better going to bed.
