To get the third thing over and done with.
Yesterday I had to take my tootsie for an urgent Podiatry appointment😡.
Today one of my insulin pens broke . Did the the airshot and not a dribble, tried a couple of times with no joy. It didn’t feel like a blocked needle but I changed it anyway, still nowt, so I looked properly and the piston has broken :(.
.
.
Fortunately I had a spare pen 🙂 must get another now.

I hope the third thing comes along quickly and it’s something minor so I can get it over and done with and get back to normal lol

Oooh, you'll soon sort the pen NP - what what's the tootsie verdict?

Aye, pens are replaceable. Your tootsies aren’t, Lin. What’s the verdict? East Kent is such a cold region, so I hope it’s just a simple cold/heat problem.

Thankyou Jenny and Mike, yes it is cold here today but it’s not lefties problem , it’s a blister, a ruddy great huge thing came up on the instep . I have no idea why Lefty seems to like blisters so much but I sure wish it didn’t, I mean I make sure I treat it the same as rightie because I don’t believe in playing favourites, I’m beginning to think Lefty doesn’t like me :D.
anyway Despite good care and anti Bs it got a tad infected. The nhs podiatrist are fantastic .
Tootsies verdict is it’s being difficult but she gave it such a good seeing to yesterday it involved the use of a Scalpel to cut away some flesh, I was so glad I have Neuropathy , so hop3fully it will start behaving itself now .
Oh and it’s sporting a rather pretty shade of blue marking pen on it now and had its pic taken too.

Well something must be rubbing it Lin - why else can you blister - well burns/scalds of course but even with neuropathy I rather think you'd know if you did that!

So - what the heck is it?
