I Ate Cheesecake last Night

Jon, to get back to the cheescake issue. If it was home made, apart from the base, if it was layered up with Philly cheese and blueberries it could be quite low carb? Just a thought and I'm drooling!!

Excellent point. Of the various traditional dessert options cheesecake is often one of the least dangerous choices, especially if you don't eat all the crust or base. I've been experimenting with a low-carb baked New York cheesecake but I need a couple more tries before I'm ready to post a recipe.

And maybe cheesecake the night before is the right choice for Jon's DP (although his normal FBG looks good anyway). I've seen stranger successful choices.
