Hi everyone it's the pain in the a**e here.
Thanks to everyone who has helped me get my hypos sorted out what a scary time that was, I haven't had a hypo this last week my readings for the week have been between 9.6 and 5.4 and that's because of Listening to you guys about eating lunch and not skipping meals. Which I have stuck too it's a great feeling not suffering from hypos most days. I had a small glass of Cherries and Berries Old Moat Cider wow what a Cider to drink you can certainly taste the cherries in it. If things go right for me I have a wee celebration at the end of the week but not every week do things go right I do have my ups and downs in the days and I do certainly have my off days but I try to be cheerful and happy. The last time I was in the Opticians they asked if my eyes had been checked I said no they have always been blue.
