There's many symptoms we all differ being a type 2 means I don't get that many I get more hypers Going cold and sweaty getting clammy hands are all signs I get

When I got hypos my symptoms were not always the same, some I felt like I was having a panic attack despite sitting at home in chair, others I had symptoms of migarine with visual disturbance without the headache, with these ones I only realised as I tested.

I had a busy morning and was very tired, after lunch I went shopping with a friend. As I walked I began to feel very weak, I was struggling to walk my body was like jelly. My friend discribed my walk as if I was very drunk. I manage to get to a cafe and after a rest and cup of tea I felt fine. But this episode as unnerved me. Could have been a hypo?

As well as the symptoms listed above, I get confusion, shaking and the latest addition feeling of wanting to be sick, have been thinking I was drunk a good few years a go as had a couple of pints and normally don't drink, when I tested I was hypo.

Well the only way to find out is test your blood and see what your BG is at the time. But whether it's a real one (under 4) or a phantom one (above 4, but because your usual BG is a lot higher than it's sposed to be - your brain interprets any number lower than your 'usual' as being dangerous. Whereas it isn't if it's over 4) Anyway the remedy is the same for both if you aren't taking any hypoglycaemic agents to treat your T2 - have a cuppa either with some sugar, or with a biscuit.

Thanks
Tested when I got home. It was 5.5
Asked Dr if my symtoms were that of a TIA or Hypo. He could not confirm either.
