I’m on ozempic 4 weeks now losing weight and lower blood sugar. For anyone who has followed some of my trials and tribulations over the past 4 weeks sorry if this is a bore 🙄 however does anyone out there feel as though they are having a hypo with a BS 4.6? About an hour ago I felt faint that dropping sensation in my stomach and a bit disoriented. I thoughtBS had to drop below 4? I felt terrible, I ate 2 rich tea biscuits and full pint of water and come for a lay down. I didn’t want the biscuits but only thing in as I’ve not had any Biscuits for 4 weeks or anything sweet. Has anyone experienced that?

Sometimes if your BG drops quite quickly it can make you feel like you are hypo

Or if you’re used to running higher then it can feel low too. Just have to sit with the feeling a while to get used to it.

I think it might have dropped quickly as my BS has been between 5.5-6.7 over past 2 weeks.
Horrible feeling must be awful to have a proper one!
