Have been reading a lot recently about the reduction in sugar in certain drinks/sweets has meant they are now not as suitable as they once were for treating a hypo. I am lucky enough to not have to worry about hypos at present as I am not on medication. However I was in the local Cotswolds Camping Store today and spotted an old favourite of mine Kendal Mint Cake. Hubby and I always took it with us on long treks back in the day. Seem to remember it kept for ages, without deteriorating. Would it be suitable?
