Hi,
Just looking to see how people on here treat their hypos & what with ie biscuits, lucozade... Thank you for any input.

3 glucose tablets, wait 10 - 15 mins, check again, if below 4 eat 3 more glucose tablets .... until above 4. Then eat longer acting carbs such as toast or biscuit. This is what works for me but I'm sure others will have different methods!

Depends where I am, if I'm at home I will use lucozade but for hypos out I carry jelly babies and lucozade tabs. I think it depends on whatever your preference 🙂

Hi Whiskymum, welcome to the forum 🙂

I always use 2-3 jelly babies, but if the hypo seems to be dropping still I will have some full-sugar drink 🙂

When im at home or at work its lucozade...a few sips, but when im out i carry jelly babies and sweets! always carry something carby as well like a cereal bar/snack bag of biccies incase its a while until the next meal to stop me from falling again 🙂
