The strangest thing happened last night.... me and my eldest who is 6 have been away for the past two nights, been a hectic few days, anyways early hours of this morning I awoke from the strangest dream in which I was trying to walk round my old school but couldn’t do it as was having a hypo and all these people where shouting at me, at which point I woke up.... now I haven’t had a hypo in ages.. nearing a year and I felt fine when I woke but had a niggling feeling so checked and it was 2.6... thank god for that dream, my 6 year old would not of known what do!!!

Amazing the way the brain has if alerting you sometimes!

Now you just have to see if you can work out what caused it. May be impossible, but unexpected overnight lows with no apparent cause can be a sign for me that something needs tweaking (usually my basal)

I’m hoping it was just a case of really hectic day, had meal at lunch time and then a late night so I skipped having a proper evening meal....
