OK, what's the hypo count on this unaccustomed day of hot sunshine (possibly the hottest I've felt this year, given that most of it was back in April and now it's midsummer!). I'm currently recovering from a very shaky 3.2! Jelly babies duly necked to counteract the hypo-hotness! 🙂

3.8 late morning , curly wurly and cup of tea sorted it 😉

After only cereals for breakfast and a banana I was 3.1 at 12. 30pm so had an apple juice carton and then 2 digestives and a glass of milk. 1.30 pm had melon then corn on the cob (yummy).

Tea tonight is scampi, cold new potatoes and salad followed by raspberries - the fruit will put me high but they are too nice to miss out on at the moment.

How I hate analysing everything I eat ! 😡

None,
all I end up is very low BP as can't do heat due to my Addison's.

Went a bit hypo this morning due to heafy work, but adjusted dose for this afternoon and all been well, with a bit of extra snacking in between.🙂

Was 5.6 half hour ago. 😛

(and I've been drinking plenty, which can help the body to self-regulate a bit better)

Havent eaten much all day because of heat ,so had 2nd hypo now 3.3 also have very red arms and legs oops

good day today, and I bet it's a lot hotter here.
3 mile run on the treadmill (relatively cool inside) and a swim sans pump.
Lowest so far is 4.2.
(if I'd gone for a walk today, done any gardening or run outside it would have been different.)

07.30 3.4, sorted and back to bed. Nothing since.

So far none today. However, when I'm at work it's often a reasonably large number of mild ones thanks to it being so hot where I work. Yesterday was cold at work and it was twenty four degrees by the desk. On really busy/hot days I'm surprised we don't all flake out being dehydrated or with heat stroke! My uniforms are hugely uncomfortably hot and are not of the open neck design which means they retain heat too well for my liking. Give me scrubs any day of the week...

Weirdly I had a 3.9 earlier which is a rare at hens teeth for me, weather, stress and lack of sleep is all I can put it down to I actually treat it with a coke, im a total novice so i panicked more over that 🙄

Wow, that is rare for you Steff! Perhaps walking Woody contributed, given the conditions? I've just narrowly escaped another, testing at 4.1. Too low for bed, so it looks like Cheese on toast is on the menu again! 🙂

That's strange but I felt very shaky at lunch time too and brought the meal forward and fixed it that way. It's been hot here as well.

Yeah I know i tested 3 times as it was that much of a shock thought the meter was dodgy so did all the usual washed hands thorough, nevermind all a learning curve still back on 5.7 now.Hope your numbers behave overnight and the cheese on toast helps 🙂

Yup! Had a 3.6 this morning after walking back from church. Managed to survive gardening this afternoon hypo-free though which was a better than usual!

Me too:D. BG went down to 3.2 at 730pm although it had been 16 two hours earlier the correction had more effect than usual😱 Mind you there was no good reason as to why it had gone up to 16🙄

My 4.1 turned into a 3.8 an hour after eating the cheese on toast, so I was a little worried about going to bed on that. I had a jelly baby and trusted the COT would be slowly releasing glucose through the night and woke to 5.5 this morning phew!

Sunshine! What sunshine? There ain't no sunshine here and hasn't been for weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks... The highest temperature we've had recently was a balmy 65 degrees F.
