I'm a recently diagnosed Type 1. My glucose was 10.2 before dinner, which included potatoes and then some strawberries for pudding. But then a couple of hours later I had a 2.8. I had jelly babies and then some toast with a bit of jam and was back up to 9.5 around half an hour later, but then I wanted to go to bed and was supposed to inject my long acting Levemir which just felt like the wrong thing to do given that I'd recently had an unexplained hypo. I'm meant to be reducing my insulin tomorrow anyway - should I take my Levemir before I go to sleep? I'm scared that if I do I might have another hypo in my sleep. Any advice?
