Had four of the buggers today (just one of them days where it just wont behave) but only noticed them around 3.5, normaly i get the signs around 4-4.5, bit worried as i need to drive for my job:(

I know you lose some awareness the longer you've had it.
Maybe you are coming down with a virus which is affecting things? When I'm ill, I don't notice til I'm low 3's or high 2's

I find the lower I run my sugars the less hypo aware I am. So, if id been 7~8 for a period of time I get hypo feelings at around 4.5. lately though my morning levels have rose and am getting hypo feelings at 6. Once my morning levels improve hope to get symptoms again at 4.5 ish. Past experience also is alot of frequent hypos do result in fading hypo awareness.

Noticing a hypo at 3.5 mmol/l doesn't sound like hypo unawareness to me - it's hypo unawareness that puts a driving licence at risk.
