At risk of diabetes
Actually found out today that my blood test that showed Hyperglamcemia several weeks ago was a reading of 43.

Good you’ve found out @Tilly6364 As predicted, the “non-diabetic hyperglycaemia” you were told you had is an HBA1C that’s a bit higher than normal but not high enough to be in the diabetes zone. An HbA1C of 42 is pre-diabetes.

It looks as if you have maintained a pretty level HbA1C over the last couple of years which I assume has been because you heeded the heads up that you were edging into the prediabetes zone so well done. Whatever you have been doing has suited you so just keep that up and all should be well going forward.
