Looks like a couple of units of blood has sorted me out. Just need a bit if iron pumping into me first. Can't say I'm sorry. The staff are lovely but I could do with some sleep because of the shouters.
Thanks for all the good wishes.

Sounds like you've had the same experience as my mum khskel. Her haemaglobin plummeted and she's been in for blood transfusions. Hope you're feeling a lot better now and a good nights sleep in your own bed is certainly needed! Hospitals are noisy places! 😉

Good news 🙂 Hope you manage to get a better night's sleep, although you might have to keep a window open if it's anywhere near as hot and humid as it is here!

Yes, I remember being on the CCU (Cardiac Care Unit) and there was constant noise, not just from the nurses and patients, but all the alarms going off! Just what you need with a dicky ticker! 😱 I was in for 8 days and I barely slept at all :(

Hope it all goes well mal. I wouldn't worry about ward noise because there's a tendency to sleep when you need to and regular patterns go out of the window anyway. Best wishes.

Glad your back on home turf Kel

Good to hear you're on the mend, hope you get some peaceful rest at home.

That red stuff is wonderful isn't it. It's good to hear you'll be home soon and back to some decent grub, your own comfy bed and no shouters.
