I've just read a thread on another forum, from December 2002, in which I mention getting about a dozen spams offering to flog me the recipe for Hunza Diet Bread (which according to the spammers is a so-called "miracle" bread which maintains the Hunza people in such perfect health that they're able to walk 60 miles every day -- and never mind the fact that if this were true, and were done without tiring or pausing for rest, it would take 15 to 20 hours; leading me to wonder when this people get time to bake or eat the bread).

I'm wondering if this kind of bread actually has any health or other benefits. Is it worth a search?
