how to stop stomach problem

.At my volunteer job I sit for 4hours morning, and 4 hours after lunch.In the afternoon I get an upset stomach.can anyone give me an idea what to eat to stop this happening? I'm beginning to dread the afternoons
 
Hi Mary-Jane, welcome to the forum 🙂 Are you on any medication that might be causing the upset stomach? I find that a cup of lemon and ginger tea helps settle my stomach when I feel nauseous.
 
I wonder if this could be contributing to the problem. I find I get stomach ache and wind if I sit too long.

Sluggish digestion, in turn, can lead to cramping, bloating, heartburn, and constipation, as well as dysbiosis in your gastrointestinal tract, a condition caused by microbial imbalances in your body.’

You are probably right, perhaps I should walk after lunch before the afternoon session, thank you.
