How to quench that thrist

.....................am wondering about doing my own equivalent ie adding lemon s etc to plain water any ideas how to. .....................

I've been doing something like this for some time.I use a jug with a capacity of around two pints. Get one lemon, peel it, segment it and look for (and extract if seen) pips. Put lemon segments into jug add about .75 pints water and whizz up with soup whizz wand ( what ever the proper name is ) This needs a bit of care as the wand may clog with pulp that needs to be cleared from time to time. When you are happy with wand work you may want to dilute a bit more ( depends on your taste and size of lemon 🙂 ). Add sweetner to taste.

Note that despite lemons being sour they are far from free of sugars

help how to quench that thirst. so thirsty dont drink hot drinks at all and i cant stand water on its own am drinking loads and loads of sugar free squash love flavored water sugar free am wondering about doing my own equivalent ie adding lemon s etc to plain water any ideas how to. also drinking lots of sugar free sprite cant stand diet coke, any ideas please Im drinking so much that its hurting my tummy

I used to drink (made up in a pint glass) Carbonated water from LIDL and 3 tsp of Apple/blackcurrant (Cactus Jack).

Always was refreshing (even better when straight from the fridge)

Hi gail hope you are felling better now, I had a chest Infection about 4 yrs ago, OMG was it bad. How did you get on with your Doctor today? Hope the thirst has eased off now. Lots of love Sheena xxxx
