Ayone know how to freeze peppers? The two ideas I got from a Google search were to chop and bag and freeze or chop and blanch and freeze.

If there are no ideas I'll try the first and let you know how I get on😛

Definitely cut into pieces first, then blanch, lay out to dry on a towel, then place on a tray in freezer, and put into bag or box once pieces are. Or miss out blanch and lay out to dry stages.

What you don't want to end up with is a large blob of pepper bits stuck together by ice.
