How often do u have a treat/pudding?

this includes stuff like chocolate...cake..biscuits...sweeets etc..

Just curious as i am finding it hard not to go a day without at least some small form of the listed above!

EDIT: I know this is going to be different for type ones and twos....im just interested to see what others do 🙂

I've gotta be soooooooooooo strong DG so for me it is 2-3 times a week. It's such a struggle but mind over matter as far as im concerned.

I usually have a chocolate biscuit or yoghurt or something like that every day with one or more of my meals 🙂

I'd say i have something every day. I am losing weight and my control is good so i don't see it as a problem at all.

lol gotta be done, being DX gave me the kick up the rear to sort my diet x

I was the biggest carb junkie in the universe and it got me into a terrible state and I felt so ill and got very fat. Just buying petrol would see me giving into a bar of chocolate at any time of the day or night. Thank goodness the Byetta enabled me to kick the habit and so for the moment I don't miss the things I used to crave. I'm losing weight and the BG's are pretty good so for the moment that keeps me firmly on the waggon. For me though I think it could be like being an alcoholic, I'm nervous that I could slide off one day.
