How often do you drink? What do you drink?

I hardly drink these days . One glass of wine on average every 2-3 months. I just find I feel sluggish the next day even with just one glass, so find it's not worth it . I don't need alcohol to get me on the dance floor like most of my friends do. I can pretend to be silly just to join in lol!
