How long do ppl usually leave between eating their meals and eating something after ie their next meal??

I leave 5 hours between lunch and evening meal as that's my durration of insulin 🙂 I don't eat breakfast. So last meal for me would be about 5.30 pm.

Depends what day it is; but generally about 5 hours between main meals.

But I do also tend to add a small (usually less then 15 carbs) snack halfway between main meals.

For me, breakfast to dinner is about 4 hours but dinner to tea is about 5.

5 would be an ideal.

Sooner than about 4 and you'll have humalog still sloshing about in your system which will stack with your next jab.

5 hours between breakfast and lunch and 6 hours from lunch to evening meal.

Generally 4-5 hours brkfst to lunch and 5-6 lunch to evening and 15g snacks in middle of each run. Weekends lend themselves to later brkfst, very light mid-day meal on way to normal dinner.

Five hours between breakfast and lunch
Six or a bit longer between lunch and dinner.
if I'm been for a long walk or am in the middle of gardening, I might be a bit low so then I have a small biscuit (about 8g carb) with coffee/tea. (not often though, if I go low it's usually too low so I have to take dextrose instead😡)

All depends what I'm doing, but currently eat breakfast about 0730, midday meal sometime between 1200 and 1400, evening meal sometime between 1800 and 2000. Plus snacks if I get hungry or am being particularly active.

I've gone back now to my pre-diabetic eating habits, which is basically eating when I'm hungry.. So meal times can be any time or even missed!
