They're buggers though when you get the posted ones, as they write on both sides of the paper - so has to be binned cos you can't make notes or shopping lists, draft minutes for the committee you're on in longhand before typing them up - or anything useful.

I’ve been seeing a lot about vitD recently. Seems worth doing, especially in the winter at this latitude!

Am I the only one who is thinking of you shielding inside a box, inside a room, inside a house, inside a ...
Or are the 4 states of shielding not all at the same time? :D

Sorry, I'll get my coat.

Apparently those in England can now get Vitamin D for free through contacting the GP so I seen on the NHS website, us in Scotland aren't so fortunate and vitamins are expensive even more so now all other things are increasing in price xx

Not all shops are expensive. 180 tablets of Vit D at B&M are £1.79.

@MarkGeordie that totally depends on budget, you may be lucky in that £1.79 isn't a big deal to you but I can assure you not everyone has the same ease in getting by, also lucky that you have these stores available to you

Yes that’s true. I totally appreciate that. I was just pointing out they don’t need to be as expensive as some suppliers especially the specialist shops.
