Cinnamon is suppose to lower BG levels, but you need a hell of a lot of it to a point it would be unpalatable. In fact I think very high levels of cinnamon is quite dangerous.Ooo some good ideas! I like the idea of cinnamon Mark! 🙂

No, no that's all I needed to know thanks, there's 4g difference in them compared with Quaker jumbo rolled oats then xHi, I'm guessing they're all much of a muchness but looking on the packet it's 64g CHO per 100g. Do you need the fat, fibre and protein amounts - I'll have to dig out my phone to take a photo?
