How do others lose weight?

thanks everyone for your feedback, i've tried everything to lose weight but i think deep down it's just old fashioned eat less, excercise more and that's what i'm doing, writing everything down, counting calories, sticking to 1400 a day at the moment but will reduce it slightly if nothing happens and of course i will continue with my walking and Wii Fit excercises - will let you know how i get on 🙂
