How do I use my insulin cartridges? What pens do I need?

Thanks for the advice everyone! I sent a list of exactly what I need to my GP surgery and they said they've passed it onto the prescribing pharmacist, they say it should be ready soon. Fingers crossed!!

Good grief you’ve had to jump through some hoops @jasmine

Hope your GP surgery get their act together and your repeats are handled with a lot more ease!

Are you hooked up with the NHS app? Many GP surgeries just allow you to use that (or another similar system) to order repeat items, and check test results etc.

Can save a lot of faff with having to call or pop in to see them for routine things.

You have been very badly treated. Do ask to speak to the Practice Manager if needed. Also see if your surgery has PPG group (Patient Participation Group). BTW a prescribing pharmacist by definition can prescribe.
