Tell OH not to be afraid to speak up, should you either omit to say something that might matter - or the doc seems to be 'glossing over' important stuff you are telling him.

Pete's excellent at getting aggressive/negative responses headed off and put firmly in their place. Sorry - I don't think you've explained that very well doc, Sorry, you don't seem to be answering this or that question, Sorry, you don't seem to understand the difficulty Jenny is having with this, etc !

Aye, best of luck Stitch. As Northie says, you've had such a hard time spending a year asking questions and never getting an answer, I sincerely hope you walk out of the consultation with a happy heart. And maybe an insulin pen or two.

I've got good vibes about this consult Stitch. Give it a few months and you'll be on complaining about your levels being far too low! :D Hope it goes well mate x

Hope the appointment goes well and you get answers to all the questions you have

Keeping everything crossed that you've had a positive consultation and some answers x

Everything crossed for you hen.

As previous poster said get OH to speak up too if you forget some things.

Fingers crossed for you Stitch.

Good luck with your appointment Stitch, the reason you have a 30 min apt is because you are a new patient. This is common practice to been seen in the first two slots of the clinic thus it gives you and the consultant time to get to know each other and also for him/her to make a good assessment and you to ask all the questions you need or want. So make sure you have everything written down that you want to ask about 🙂

Hope it goes well Stitch. 🙂
