I recently posted my honeymoon was over. it was for a week. Went on 10 lantus and about 30 units nova rapid a day, carb counting. ok for a week, hypos started again and low morning readings. Back to no lantus and about 10 units nova rapid a day. Felt loads better when on more insulin, feel a bit c**p on less as body struggling to kick out last bits of insulin.

What a pain in the neck Brett :( You'd think it was a good thing that your pancreas was working (after a fashion!) but it just complicates things doesn't it? I hope that things settle for you soon. Are you not able to tolerate any lantus at all? I am only on 3 units.

last three mornings ive had 9.9, 7.9, 7.4, which isnt too bad. If they start to go higher i will try starting on 1 unit for three-five days and see if this helps.

:( Pain in the bottom isn't it? I think I have some of this still going on too. Very annoying. Hope you get more settled soon too.
