I’m wanting to make home made individual pot pies but I’m not sure how I would carb count the filling haha after it’s all together in the pan how do i know how much I’ve spooned into each pie? This may sound like a stupid question and I’m sorry if it’s an obvious answer I’m blaming baby brain
I can add up all the carbs while it’s been mixed together but once I separate it into the individual pots I’m lost on what carbs would be in there mainly worrying about the chicken stock.
