Myself and Mrs Ianbilly are planning a city break to Riga, Latvia. I've heard the cuisine is with respect like rustic, carb heavy with loads of potatoes and rye breads and black breads. If I've heard wrong forgive me but has anyone else been there ? Was there plenty of choice of foods for someone on a LCHF diet?

Did a quick wiki lookup & apart from the root vegetables & grain it looked pretty good, heavier in fat than a typical western diet so that would mitigate some of the spikes due to increased carb intake

Great, thanks Martin
