It will make them hot and spicy with no discernible carb content from it, (unless you have over 100grams) and that would burn your mouth out!

I always make scrambled eggs with a sprinkling of cayenne pepper, at least for myself. The quantity varies with my mood. Definitely no carbs in Cayenne pepper

i gave up on scrambled eggs, got fed up of them lol, now having omelettes, been looking at recipes, a weird one I came across was coconut and honey, dunno if I fancy that lol x

It was cooked in the pan with coconut oil rather than butter/olive oil whatever you personally use (I use a dribble of olive oil) and I think it was half a tablespoon of honey added to the mixture, I have always thought of an omelette as a savoury dish but if you check google out you'd be surprised at how many recipes there are for sweet omelettes! lol x

Tried eggy bread or French Toast as we call it coz we're posh in (almost) North Yorkshire. I can't say I was over impressed.
