Some people get a dump of glucose in the early hours (dawn phenomenon), while others only get the glucose dump after they get out of bedAnd 8.2 two hours after breakfast again. Does my body dump sugar in my blood stream before I eat?
Ah! That ole chestnut. Yup. Pretty much par for the course I’m afraid. It’s a big complicated machine and we only have access to a fraction of the dials and levers.I don’t get this at all. I can eat same breakfast same foods at the same time and different days give different readings.
I’ve exercised not exercised and that don’t seem to have the usual effect either. I just need this lower and predictable so I can feel in the driving seat. Or is that diabetes you don’t know what to expect ? Moderators if I am using here too much to get rid of my anxieties tell me. I hope it’s okay.
