Once a day for now until we see what's happening, already suspecting that's not enough though as it runs out quicker than Lantus. Still, at least things are changing for the better 🙂
 
Have a gander at this Laura - it looks very complcated so up your screen resolution to 400% and then you can follow the lines.

Total Daily Dose of Levemir, divided by your weight in Kgs, equals your units per kg. Find that number on the left hand side and follow the line, when it runs out follow the vertical line to the bottom axis, and that's when it's likely running out.

It's unlikely to last a full 24 hours unless you are on something round 0.8u per kg or above.

I took 18u in two doses. (14u am, 4u pm) 18 divide by 56 kgs = 0.32 u/kg.
 
Ah that makes sense, thanks, 0.2 = 16 hours max
If you split the dose then, do you take it 12 hours apart to make it an even 24 hr cycle? I will discuss this with my DSN tomorrow but just interested...
