Have you tried the Burgen bread? Many people with diabetes find that works very well for them.
I love Burgen bread, and its lower carb

Is there any cereal that is low in carbs as I’ve tried weetabix and I spike and can’t eat bread either so was wondering what I could have for breakfast
I find an omelette works really well and I have it with a variety of fillings including mushrooms onion, bacon/ham and cheese and have it with a salad and cheese coleslaw ... fry some mushrooms and onion and bacon pieces in a frying pan, add the eggs once they start to soften... sprinkle with some grated cheese, cover and turn the heat down and serve when it is fully cooked/solid... ie no wobbly bits.

Eat Natural Low Carb Granola is the lowest carb cereal I have found so far but you need to weight out your portion size. I normally stick with 25-30g and have it with creamy natural Greek yoghurt and berries and mixed seeds to bulk it out.

Me too - but it's completely disappeared from shops around my way and is becoming an endangered species! :(
