For the last couple of days my bg's are, mostly, 9's and above. I can't find any reason for it. I have changed sites and insulin but they stay the same. I have been having good readings, 5's and 6's for a good while. Has anyone got any ideas?

Are you feeling well in yourself? & Is it possible it's getting to that time of the month? (sorry if you aren't female)

Mine have been high but my throat doesn't feel right & it's fine so I can sympathize
