Hi everyone, I need a bit of reassurance and I know this is the place to come for it. Diagnosed in June, I have been testing three times a day for three weeks and have managed to keep well within the range set for me. On Monday I visited the DN and she was so pleased with me she said I should only test once a day. (I had lost a further 3kg so that makes 6 altogether). Yesterday I had a busy day. I did an hour's walk in the morning, met a friend in London and did a brisk half an hour walk to get back to catch my train. I took my own lunch and had a sensible supper but this morning when I tested it was 8.3 which is the highest before breakfast reading I have ever had. Mostly they have been in the low 6's. Any ideas how I can keep it lower?
