Hi All,
Just thought I would say hi , I have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and hoping to get some hints and tips about diet and living with it
Just trying to get my head around it all any help would be appreciated x

Hi @Ju123 , welcome to the forum.

I would take note of what you eat for a week and then look into reducing the carb and sugar intake in a sustainable way.

We’ve got some really great info that’s been put together so have a look around and let us know if you have any specific questions we can help with.
