Well done on keeping to your diet plan and exercise, many of us find it a challenge and lockdown has added to the challenges as well.
Tiredness can have many causes, sometimes related to what you eat, and stress and anxiety can be another contributor.
Have you been diagnosed as type 2 for very long, and do you know your latest blood glucose reading?
What sort of diet plan are you following? - Sorry, lots of questions, but the more we know, the more we may be able to help.
If you have a browse around the forum, you will see that many T2s, including me, follow a low carb eating plan, and there are other plans that also work well. We also find that having a blood glucose meter, so that we can measure progress and see the effects of eating different foods is also a great help.
May be you already know about these things, but if not we can give you some pointers to find out more.
