I've had Type 2 for 2 years,it's tablet controlled..but its been between 6 and 9 the last couple of weeks ..i tested this morning before food or drink , it was 8.6 !. Then 2 hrs later ..9.6!! Im a little concerned, but did wake with a headache today...could that be the cause?
 
Even tho ive had it 2 yrs...i still get confused with it sometimes....i eat healthily

Odd things can affect our BG, illness can raise (or lower) our BG.
 
Could anyone please tell me the best thing to eat to get my BG down quickly?
 
Sorry Debbz, I'm not aware of anything.... However you could drink plenty of water if your BG is stupid high.

Perhaps a brisk walk is in order....
