Once you start and feel better it is the best thing , you will feel great once your levels are under control, you will be surprised how quickly you adapt to it

Hi Ingressus, Welcome. Have you been diagnosed long. What help /advise have you been give regarding what and what not to eat.

Please try not to worry about insulin, your blood glucose (BG) levels are probably very high as mine were when I went on insulin up in the 20s on the finger prick tests.
