Hi there just answered asked you a question elsewhere, are you on any meds? and what are the levels you are getting, you dont need to be a veggie person you can live a healthy balanced diet lol..

wo my meter goes no higher then 30 that must make you feel awful, sorry i cant help on the insulin side of things im a type 2 not on insulin, hopefully someone can help you out abit more comprehensivly..

30 is way too high. What's your daily diet like ?

Hi Jim, this doesn't give us much to go on, please tell us more about your experiences with diabetes - how long diagnosed, HbA1c, insulin regime etc.
