Two days after being officially labeled Type 2 but determined to get the numbers back on the right side especially now I have a new job which is definitely less sedintary than what I have been doing for the last 3 years.
So am pulling on me big girl pants and gritting my teeth - but having found this site and having read some of the very supportive posts I know I'm not alone and that there are real people who will understand... and to be effective it's a marathon not a sprint!

Hallo Magdee, stick around, ask questions and scroll thru threads. Worked for me. You've found the best place for advice 🙂

Welcome Magdee.
There is plenty of help available on here.

Just ask any questions that you have.

Hi

Good for you exactly the attitude I took when given membership to this club (not so exclusive these days). I found this site so helpful especially with my repeat questions - usually around what to eat for breakfast! I was diagnosed T2 in July and have been working hard to reduce my BGLs. I don't test so much now as I have worked out what works and have ditched what doesn't. Good luck and keep on asking questions.

Welcome to the group Magdee, agree with others this is the best place for advice.
