Hi there
New here and this is my first post.
Just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes was a bit of a shock but it is what it is. I'm going to look upon on it as something to square up to and take the opportunity to improve my lifestyle and make new friends.
Finding my way round all the new forms is a bit odd, and will be seeing the Practice Nurse in about 4 weeks but in the meantime watching my Carb and sugar intake while at the same time doing a bit of research so I can give an account of what I have done so far. I will likely be asking many questions and as my experience grows will become and answer giver, I inted to use my new found situation more than it uses me!
That's all for now but I will check back regularly for any replies or new content
