Hi my names dan been diagnosed since November 5th been doing so well but feel major ill today any advice would be very welcome many thanks
 
Hello @Dansibley , welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear you are feeling I’ll. a little more info would help us advise you.
What symptoms do you have.
What diabetic medications if any are you on
are you self testing your glucose levels,if so would you mind telling us what they are.
How did you come to be diagnosed.

If you’re in England you can call 111 for medical help/advise
Or go to A&E if you are really ill.

Hi I am just on metformin now I tested a hour ago and was17.5 just feel very high and bad headache all round going to see my mum so hopefully the walk will do me good
 
Thankyou feel much brighter now had a dinner too so feel more human have a cold so that might be affecting me too
 
@Dansibley . Ah yes a cold will not only make you feel rough it can also raise your glucose levels which can make you feel bad too. Increasing fluids particularly water helps to lower glucose levels
