Well if you like a decently strong cup of coffee, you are most unlikely to have an awful lot of milk in it at all. Of course - if you only like coffee flavour when it's Latte (yukkk) then it would be enough to affect your BG. (OTOH I do actually like coffee ice cream but that tends to not have any dairy in it whatever these days anyway.)

Just a splash in my drinks please - tea or coffee. Full fat of course! Oh - and don't leave the tea bag in too long. Like it decent strength but NOT stewed. My auntie liked weak tea - and my Dad always used to tell her it was a wonder 'THAT' had the strength to get down the spout of the teapot!

With my mum you've to wave the tea bag at the water from the other side of the room.
Caramel latte are nice. :(

Eeek, no! I like a good strong cuppa tea or coffee - just a teeny splash of skimmed milk in tea, but a good dollop in coffee 🙂. My old dad's tea was so strong you could stand the spoon up in it...😱

We usually buy Yorkshire Tea for Hard Water, which is nice....and I gave up sugar in drinks when I was still at school as I just didn't like the taste, so no experience here of sweeteners, I'm afraid.

Good strong industrial strength tea for me or coffee with either unsweetened almond milk or a splash of full fat and 3 stevia tabs

When we were kids me and my sister used to visit my Great Auntie. She would ask if we wanted tea, and then bring us PINT MUGS of strong tea 😱 (I was about 6!). One time we decided, having got wise to the tea issue, to ask for orange juice instead. Yes, you've guessed it - PINT MUGS of undiluted orange juice! 😱 😱 😱
