Hi folk, im new here but have had t2 for 10 years, embarrassed to admit it but I have at best paid lip service to it during that time. Not always taking meds and eating and drinking as if I never had it. I spent a week in hospital last month and have realised I need to change. I take metformin, linigliptin, and gliclicide. since leaving hospital all my blood readings have been under 10, I haven't had a drink for 4 weeks, the future starts here.

Hi Alan welcome to the forum. Glad to hear that you have started to get yourself on the right track. I'm only 6 months in but I've had days when I just want to eat whatever I want but I know that if I started I'd find it hard to stop. This forum is great for help and advice.

Welcome. I'll still be a newbie to you.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Great to see you are taking control of your diabetes :D

Hi Alan
