Hi, I have been Type 2 for 25 years and hope to find new info here.

Hi @AllieTee and welcome to the forum

Ask as many questions as you wish, but also have a look in the "learning zone" top of the page

Welcome
How do you manage your condition as information about that would help people direct you to some links which may give you suitable ideas, not all approaches will be due to any medications you are taking so it would be easy to give you the wrong suggestions.

Hi @AllieTee and welcome to the Forum 🙂. As mentioned there is lots of info in the Learning Zone, but also please just ask as many questions as you like, there are lots of friendly members who can provide help and support

Welcome to the forum @AllieTee

Well done for living with diabetes for 25 years!

How have things been going for you? Are you taking meds to help with your glucose management?
