Hi Deborah, welcome to the group....

How has your progress been so far?

Over xmas last year i totally forgot i was diabetic. By February i felt so ill. Got bloods done and they had gone up from 54 to 120 ish. Last check in may i was ok again. But i must admit from being someone without a sweet tooth i now crave cakes and icecream when ive been told i cant have them.
Due another check so fingers crossed

Wishing you luck....

Hi @Deborah Read, trust you are keeping control of your Blood Sugars as you gain more knowledge. Please keep the forum up to date of your progress, a little bit more info would be appreciated mainly medication you are taking and how you are taking control of your levels. Welcome to the forum 🙂.

HI, I have been active on the forum since July. It has been a real help with all my questions (there have been many). So ask away.
