Evening,

I recently started full time work, and enjoying it! Anyway, had the results back from my HbA1c 3 monthly test - 41mm! In old money the Doctor said it was under 6.0 Yayy! She said it's rare to get it so low via weight loss. However, if I keep losing weight, she will consider reducing my metformin. I am currently on 2 tablets a day.

Excellent birthday pressie for me. And me anti-depressants have been reduced too!!!!

I was quite surprised as a copule of weeks before I had cookies/ cafe latte's chocolate etc.... Enough relaxtion, back to serious discipline.

Even though my sugar levels were low, I still will not take it for granted. I want to see if I can get it down to 5.0 in old money....something to aim for

Well enough for now....god evening out there and many thanks and blessings for your support and empathy 🙂🙂

Rustee, that's excellent news! Congratulations on the job too- it sounds like things are really going well for you, I am so pleased to hear it 🙂

Wow, great result, keep it going 🙂
