Hi, good morning
Having recently been diagnosed type 2 diabetic. I am now just about to start the Oviva Type 2 Diabetes Remission program, and am interested to share others experiences.

Hi and welcome and good luck with the program! Have you had the sample soups and shakes to try yet? I think @Nayshiftin is doing the program but I am not sure if she has started it yet.

Good luck with the Oviva Programme. We have a few members who have found it successful, or are currently working through it.

Hi Malcom,

welcome to the forum!

As @everydayupsanddowns mentioned, I found these forums invaluable to me while I was on the program, not only to write about my experiences but also to learn from everyone else, as well as help others doing the same!
